1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using Wakili CRM as a legal practitioner, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Professional Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining legal, ethical, and regulatory compliance in your jurisdiction. Wakili CRM does not offer legal advice or substitute regulatory duties.

3. Confidentiality & Client Data

You agree to protect all client data you upload or generate using the system. Wakili CRM encrypts data at rest and in transit, but your access practices are your responsibility.

4. Licensing & Verification

All lawyers must provide a valid registration number. Wakili CRM may verify this with the Law Society of Kenya or other relevant authorities.

5. Use of AI Features

Wakili CRM provides AI tools to assist in drafting, legal analysis, and research. You must independently review AI-generated content before using it in legal contexts.

6. Account Suspension

Wakili CRM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found misusing the platform, misrepresenting credentials, or breaching client confidentiality.

7. Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
